A writer by early morning and night, a professional something-or-other by day, and a mom of two small children 24-7, I am trying to find balance, cultivate compassion, and still maintain a healthy sense of humor. This is my record of those endeavors.
As an explanatory note: I had originally conceived of this space as a “concept” blog, wherein I would discuss issues related to mindful travel. Then it got broadened to mindful living, as I don’t do nearly as much travel as I used to given my two kids. Recently, though, I’ve realized that this space is an experimental lab of sorts for me. It allows me to explore the mindful, spiritual side of myself, but also allows for me to write fiction – be it good or abominable – and to experiment with different forms of my craft. Bottom line, for now this space is a bit all over the map, much like my brain at any given moment.
